Utilizing a unique design, Sleepypod Mobile shrinks to fit under most airline seats during takeoff and landing when space is limited. After takeoff, it can be expanded, giving your pet more room to move and stretch.

For added versatility, Sleepypod Air can be used as a car seat. In the event of a collision or hard stop, Sleepypod Air's PPRS technology prevents a pet from being ejected while helping to reduce the damaging forces on the pet. Rigorous testing includes the same dynamic crash testing that ensures the performance of child safety restraints. It was tested atU.S.,Canadian, andE.U. child safety standards.

Independently tested and certified by the Center for Pet Safety for pets up to 18 pounds. Pets differ in size and shape, just like humans.

Washing instructions

► Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth
► Vacuum pet fur from Ultra Plush bedding
► Separate Ultra Plush from foam padding, machine wash Ultra Plush on a cold, gentle cycle, then line dry
► Foam padding is wrapped in a water-repellent cover that can be cleaned with a damp cloth

SleepyPod AIR FAQs

Yes, Sleepypod Air is suitable for in-cabin use on most airlines. Since each airline and airplane is a little different, Sleepypod always recommends contacting the airline prior to travel, just to make sure all pet restrictions and requirements are met.
Sides fold up on either end while the top presses down. Please note that Sleepypod Air does not hold the reduced shape in a freestanding position. It is designed to release from the reduced size unless restricted by the space available so your pet can enjoy as much space as possible.

Sleepypod recommends buckling your pet into the rear seat, just like you would a child under 95 pounds, to better ensure safety.
