The Sleepypod Mobile is a carrier, a pet bed and a crash-tested car seat in one. Zip the mesh dome on and it is a secure carrier; zip it off and it becomes an everyday bed your pet already knows and loves. Because travel happens in their own familiar bed, cats and dogs associate the journey with comfort rather than the stress of a one-off trip to the vet or kennel. It suits pets up to 6.8kg (15 lbs).
In the car, the Mobile's PPRS (Pet Passenger Restraint System) secures it with the vehicle seatbelt so your pet cannot be thrown in a collision or hard stop, while helping to reduce the forces reaching them. It is put through the same dynamic crash testing used to certify child safety restraints, tested to US, Canadian and EU child-safety standards, and independently certified by the Center for Pet Safety for pets up to 15 lbs.

How does it work as a car seat?
The vehicle seatbelt routes through the PPRS straps to anchor the Mobile to the seat, holding your pet securely and reducing the forces reaching them in a collision or hard stop.
Why does travelling in their own bed help?

Will I get confirmation of my order?
