The Sleepypod Air is built for in-cabin air travel and gives your pet some of the most usable space of any airline carrier. Its clever design compresses to slide under most airline seats for takeoff and landing, then expands once you are airborne so your pet has more room to move, turn and stretch. Off the plane it works just as well in the car, as a crash-tested pet car seat, for cats and dogs up to 8kg (18 lbs).
When space is tight, fold the sides up and the Air slims down to fit beneath the seat in front. The moment you have room, let it back out to full size. A trolley pocket slides it onto your rolling luggage, the removable privacy panel blocks visual stressors in a busy terminal, and zip pockets on both sides keep travel documents and treats to hand.
In the car, the Air's PPRS technology secures it with the vehicle seatbelt so your pet cannot be thrown in a collision or hard stop, while reducing the forces reaching them. Like every Sleepypod carrier, it is put through the same dynamic crash testing used to certify child safety restraints, tested to US, Canadian and EU child-safety standards, and independently certified by the Center for Pet Safety for pets up to 18 lbs.

What is the privacy panel for?

How do I clean it?
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth, vacuum fur from the Ultra Plush bedding, then machine wash the bedding on a cold, gentle cycle and line dry. The foam padding has a water-repellent cover that wipes clean.

Will I get confirmation of my order?
