Sizing Guide
Measure your dog with a soft tape around the neck where the harness sits and around the widest part of the chest behind the front legs. Match both measurements to one size below. These are dog body circumferences, not the flat dimensions of the harness. Choose by measurements rather than breed or body weight; check that the adjusted harness is secure and allows comfortable, natural movement. If the measurements do not fit within the same size, contact us before ordering.

If I change my mind, can I send it back, and who pays?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you would like to cancel, and another 14 days to send it back. That is your legal right on any online purchase, not something we have added. For change of mind orders, it is the buyer's responsibility to cover return postage, but we can arrange the postage for you for a small deduction from any refund. We will always confirm the figure in writing before you send anything back, and you are welcome to arrange your own return instead. We refund what you paid for the item, plus any standard delivery charge. Please send things back in a resaleable condition. If something is wrong with your order, we cover the return carriage, nothing is deducted, and you choose whether you would like a refund, a replacement or a repair. Will I get confirmation of my order?
As soon as we receive your order, we'll send out confirmation to your email address. This means we've received your order in our system, and we've pre-authorised your payment method, ready for your purchase.
I placed my order but did not receive a confirmation email. Why?
If you recently placed your order and didn't immediately receive a confirmation email from us, then there might be a few issues we can look into: 1. Our emails might be going to your junk or spam folder. 2. There might have been a misspelling when you entered your email address during checkout. 3.
