Choose your stroller frame

Roscoe is the compact everyday option for town and regular walks. Choose Roscoe Trek (Black) for all-terrain adventures: its larger rear wheels and suspension help your Maeve travel comfortably over uneven paths. Both frames accept your Maeve directly, with no adaptor.

Go further with your Maeve. The Trek turns your familiar carrier into an all-terrain stroller, with puncture-proof tyres, a one-hand fold and handy storage for days out. The Trek upgrade is £25 more than the equivalent Roscoe option. Supplied in black with black handle detailing.

Two ways to fit the car, and it changes what is in the box. The three base sizes (Small Flex, Medium Flex and Medium Rigid) ship with a True lock™ ISOFIX vehicle base that installs once and stays in the vehicle. The two iso sizes (iso5X and iso7X-L) have ISOFIX latches built into the carrier itself, so they fit without a base and none is included. Either way the carrier clips onto the Roscoe with no adaptor.

Trek metric dimensions and weight are rounded conversions of Tavo’s published black-model specifications. Follow the carrier and stroller instructions for your chosen combination.

Care instructions: Remove all fabric liners and covers and machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water. Air dry and do not tumble dry. Wipe the carrier shell and base with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the vehicle base or the stroller frame. Wipe the Roscoe frame and wheels with a damp cloth and dry the vegan leather grip immediately after contact with moisture. On the iso sizes keep the latch housings free of grit.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the base bundles and the iso bundles?

Only how the carrier fits the car. The base bundles include a True lock™ ISOFIX vehicle base that installs once and stays in the vehicle, with the carrier clicking on and off it. The iso bundles have ISOFIX latches built into the carrier, so they lock straight into the anchor bars and no base is included or needed. Both types clip directly onto your chosen Roscoe or Roscoe Trek frame.

Which bundle variant should I choose?

Start with your pet's weight. Small Flex and iso5X suit pets up to 12kg and 13.5kg, Medium Flex and Medium Rigid up to 12kg and 13.6kg, and the iso7X-L is the only option above that at up to 18.1kg. Then pick your fitting: base if the seat lives in one car, iso if you move between vehicles. The Medium Rigid is the pick if you want maximum structure when carrying; the Small Flex and both iso sizes include a shoulder strap.

Do I get a vehicle base with the iso bundles?

No, and you do not need one. The iso5X and iso7X-L fit the car on their own integrated ISOFIX latches. That is the point of them: nothing is left occupying a seat when you take the carrier out.

Does the bundle include the SIP guard?

Yes. The Tailor tech™ memory foam Side Impact Protection guard is included with every bundle variant.

Do I need any additional accessories?

No. The carrier clips directly onto the Roscoe frame without any adaptors, whichever size you choose. Everything needed for both car and stroller use is in the box.

Can I transfer my dog from car to stroller without waking them?

Yes. The carrier lifts out of the car and clips onto the Roscoe in one smooth motion, so a sleeping dog can be transferred without being disturbed. The iso sizes make this slightly tidier again because there is no base left behind in the vehicle.

Is this compatible with all cars?

Both fitting systems need the vehicle to have rigid ISOFIX anchor bars, which have been standard in most cars manufactured from 2003 onwards. Check your vehicle handbook to confirm. On the base bundles the adjustable stability leg (H27-53cm) accommodates a wide range of seat depths.

Why is the carrier so much bigger on the outside than the inside?

Use the interior dimensions to assess your pet’s space and the exterior dimensions to check the carrier fits your vehicle. The exterior includes the carrier structure and canopy; subtracting the interior dimensions does not establish the thickness of the protective foam.

What is GREENGUARD Gold certification?

GREENGUARD Gold is an independent certification that verifies a product has been tested for low chemical emissions. It means the materials your pet comes into direct contact with have met strict standards for air quality and safety.

The stroller has been a game changer and our miniature longhaired dachshund has been welcomed on many hospital wards, shops and cafés. Our young dog loves being pushed in it, from which she gets a view of what's going on around her. I also use the car seat and, again, it's brilliant. Superb quality and so easy to use. Best spent money for a long time. I asked Pets Own Us about a rain cover for the stroller. They were really helpful and confirmed that none of the ones they sell were a good fit. I so appreciated their honesty. I managed to order the rain cover from a company called Ginger and Bear, as it's not available in the UK. It was reasonably priced and I didn't get stung by import tax. I can't recommend the travel system or Pets Own Us highly enough. Thank you.

The quality is second to none. Yes, it’s on the more expensive side, but honestly, it’s 💯% worth every penny!

The handlebar is at the perfect pushing height, which is something other brands unfortunately don’t get right. It’s so easy to manoeuvre, and the carriage clicks onto the base so quickly and easily — you can genuinely do it with one hand! 🙌

The basket underneath is a really decent size too, with plenty of room for all the extras — or, as I like to call it, my shopping section! 😂🛍️

There’s also a handy little box that’s perfect for keeping your keys, tissues and poo bags, and the phone holder is brilliant for keeping your phone right where you need it. 📱

Overall, I absolutely LOVE it. The quality, practicality and ease of use are just 👌🏻. If you’re thinking about investing in one, I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough! ❤️

The best pet pram we ever got

The best pet pram we ever got, it folds away nicely in the corner of the boot. We wanted to save some space for our luggage when we go on trips with the cats. And this really helped a lot!

Good sturdy product

Good sturdy product, happy with it but only used it a couple of times, but seems good quality. When using it get plenty comments asking if it's a good product. Bought it for my frenchie for when we go traveling in the camper van so he's safe traveling and when we're out walking round Scotland I can pop him in his buggy when he gets tired or when we go in shops and dog friendly pubs for a bar meal. Hugo loves it and feels safe and settles well in it.

If I change my mind, can I send it back, and who pays?

Yes. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you would like to cancel, and another 14 days to send it back. That is your legal right on any online purchase, not something we have added. For change of mind orders, it is the buyer's responsibility to cover return postage, but we can arrange the postage for you for a small deduction from any refund. We will always confirm the figure in writing before you send anything back, and you are welcome to arrange your own return instead. We refund what you paid for the item, plus any standard delivery charge. Please send things back in a resaleable condition.
