It installs directly into your vehicle's ISOFIX anchor bars with no separate base unit needed - one button deploys the integrated latches, a second push releases them for effortless transfers between car, home, and public transport.
Safety is engineered in from the ground up. Crash testing is benchmarked against the latest United Nations ECE R129 child restraint standard, and the included Tailor tech™ memory foam Side Impact Protection guard clips securely onto the carrier frame for added protection on the road. Coloured indicators on the carrier confirm a secure ISOFIX connection at a glance, and locking zippers keep your pet safely inside.
Away from the car, the Hendrick's flexible frame adapts comfortably to tight spaces on trains, buses, and city streets. The all-around mesh ventilation panels provide airflow and a view for your pet in any setting, and roll-down doors with magnetic holders stay open hands-free for easy access. What's in the Box
Roscoe™ pet stroller frame not included - requires Hendrick Adaptor (sold separately) for stroller compatibility.
Both mattress pads are machine washable - remove and wash as needed. The wipeable inner tray cleans with a damp cloth. Exterior fabric and frame can be wiped down with a damp cloth - do not submerge or machine wash the carrier structure. Store the dust cover with the carrier when not in use to protect the fabric.

Will I get confirmation of my order?
As soon as we receive your order, we'll send out confirmation to your email address. This means we've received your order in our system, and we've pre-authorised your payment method, ready for your purchase.
I placed my order but did not receive a confirmation email. Why?
If you recently placed your order and didn't immediately receive a confirmation email from us, then there might be a few issues we can look into: 1. Our emails might be going to your junk or spam folder. 2. There might have been a misspelling when you entered your email address during checkout. 3.
