The Rukka Thermal Overall is a warm softshell suit that protects your dog from cold, wind and wet right down to the legs. A weatherproof, water-resistant outer pairs with a luxurious plush lining for real warmth, while a back zip makes it quick and easy to put on. An adjustable waist and neckline dial in the fit, adjustable leg ends keep wind and mud out and the thighs warm, and reflective piping adds visibility on dark walks. Available in Burgundy or Black, in a full range of sizes.

Getting the size right
Rukka overalls are sized by your dog's back length in centimetres (the size number is the back length, from the base of the neck to the base of the tail). Measure first, then use the chart below. If I change my mind, can I send it back, and who pays?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you would like to cancel, and another 14 days to send it back. That is your legal right on any online purchase, not something we have added. For change of mind orders, it is the buyer's responsibility to cover return postage, but we can arrange the postage for you for a small deduction from any refund. We will always confirm the figure in writing before you send anything back, and you are welcome to arrange your own return instead. We refund what you paid for the item, plus any standard delivery charge. Please send things back in a resaleable condition. If something is wrong with your order, we cover the return carriage, nothing is deducted, and you choose whether you would like a refund, a replacement or a repair. Will I get confirmation of my order?
As soon as we receive your order, we'll send out confirmation to your email address. This means we've received your order in our system, and we've pre-authorised your payment method, ready for your purchase.
I placed my order but did not receive a confirmation email. Why?
If you recently placed your order and didn't immediately receive a confirmation email from us, then there might be a few issues we can look into: 1. Our emails might be going to your junk or spam folder. 2. There might have been a misspelling when you entered your email address during checkout. 3. Your email server has very strong spam filters and is identifying our emails as spam so the emails aren't going through. If any of these are happening, we encourage our customers to provide an alternate email to support@petsownus.co.uk
How long does it typically take for your products to be dispatched?
Our delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier. Please review each product page for accurate fulfilment timeframes. Some items offer next-day delivery, whereas some can take upwards of 10 business days to arrive.

Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?
We deliver anywhere in the UK (United Kingdom). There may be additional charges for the 'offshore domestic regions' and 'Scottish Highlands': Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland, these charges will be clearly displayed at checkout. If your address is outside of the UK, please contact us for a delivery quote by email support@petsownus.co.uk.
