Completely closed carrier with 2 mesh windows. Muffin & Berry House Carrier has a mesh side wall that you can unzip & use as an entrance. Also, there is a second smaller mesh window on top of a carrier with a flap that you can unzip or close completely. House model carrier has two short handles so you can carry it as a purse. Or there is an extra detachable & length adjustable shoulder strap that allows you to have your hands free. For your convenience, there is an outside pocket for your small personal belongings. Muffin & Berry House Carrier has hard-bottom panel that does not allow bottom to bend. So, it is stable & convenient for your pet to sit or sleep inside the carrier. For more coziness inside the bag, we added soft cotton pillow. Under the bottom of a carrier there are 4 luggage feet that protect the bag from dirt on the ground. Exterior fabric is practical & easy to clean. You can simply use a wet napkin to clean it. Interior of a carrier is pure cotton so it is breathable & durable at the same time. For your convenience, inside pillow is removable & machine washable. Muffin & Berry House Carrier provides an exceptional comfort and coziness!

Will I get confirmation of my order?
As soon as we receive your order, we'll send out confirmation to your email address. This means we've received your order in our system, and we've pre-authorised your payment method, ready for your purchase.
I placed my order but did not receive a confirmation email. Why?
If you recently placed your order and didn't immediately receive a confirmation email from us, then there might be a few issues we can look into: 1.
