The Ibiyaya Breezy Wanderer is a fur-free tote carrier shaped for Dachshunds and other small pets up to 8kg. Made using radio-frequency (RF) welding, it has a smooth, fur-resistant surface and an ultra-light build of just 720g. A vintage floral perforation and a bright contrast lining give it real charm, while the sturdy TPU construction holds its shape for a roomy, comfortable cabin.

If I change my mind, can I send it back, and who pays?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you would like to cancel, and another 14 days to send it back. That is your legal right on any online purchase, not something we have added. For change of mind orders, it is the buyer's responsibility to cover return postage, but we can arrange the postage for you for a small deduction from any refund. We will always confirm the figure in writing before you send anything back, and you are welcome to arrange your own return instead. We refund what you paid for the item, plus any standard delivery charge. Please send things back in a resaleable condition. If something is wrong with your order, we cover the return carriage, nothing is deducted, and you choose whether you would like a refund, a replacement or a repair. Will I get confirmation of my order?
As soon as we receive your order, we'll send out confirmation to your email address. This means we've received your order in our system, and we've pre-authorised your payment method, ready for your purchase.
I placed my order but did not receive a confirmation email. Why?
If you recently placed your order and didn't immediately receive a confirmation email from us, then there might be a few issues we can look into: 1. Our emails might be going to your junk or spam folder. 2. There might have been a misspelling when you entered your email address during checkout. 3. Your email server has very strong spam filters and is identifying our emails as spam so the emails aren't going through. How long does it typically take for your products to be dispatched?

We deliver anywhere in the UK (United Kingdom). There may be additional charges for the 'offshore domestic regions' and 'Scottish Highlands': Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland, these charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
