DoggyRide Trailer Bike Kit Britch Rack

Great bit of kit allowing me to use my doggyride novel trailer with my e-bike. I am super pleased to have been able to buy the britch towbar through Pets Own Us after bad experiences with other companies, the customer service was fantastic. I can't thank them enough and look forward to many years of biking and camping with my new dog friend.

Very robust adjustable connecting bar is a little heavier than I expected.
Connecting the bar to the Doggy Rider was not straight forward because the diameter of the metal bar was slightly larger than the connection point.
It was necessary to remove the black insert from the connection point and apply some tape to the end of the connection bar in order to get a good fit.
The part that fits onto the bike rack was quite straightforward to fit.
All good now and looking forward to using the Doggy Rider with my electric cycle.

As with all Doggy Ride products this is a well built solid bit of kit. Much better tow hitch than the original that came with my Novel 10. Having gone over to an electric bike I needed to have a fitment which wasn’t on the hub. It felt a lot safer when towing and felt not so much drag when it’s attached to a central part on the pannier rack instead of being attached to the hub, which the original was. Really pleased and even more pleased when the pooch took to it as well

I ordered the Britch Rack in order to adapt the dog trailer to my electric bike. It was simple and quick to assemble and the trailer now locks on in one easy movement and seems very secure. Very pleased with it.
