The T4 Max fixes it with a proper one-hand auto-fold: you stay upright, press the release, and the frame collapses itself into a flat 33cm-deep package. Keep pets and fingers clear of the folding mechanism.
Folded it measures L33 x W50 x H67 cm, so you can compare it with your boot opening and available storage space. Unfolded, it is a genuinely comfortable everyday stroller: a basket approximately 58cm long and 31cm wide, large 360 degree PU wheels that roll over grass and gravel without snagging, and a UPF 50+ canopy that gives shade on hot days and a bit of privacy for a pet who would rather not be looked at.

Will my pet fit?
The 58cm cabin suits small and smaller-medium dogs and cats up to 20kg: French Bulldogs, Cocker Spaniels, Dachshunds, Westies, Shih Tzus, Miniature Schnauzers, Cavaliers and most cats. Two small pets who are used to sharing will also travel happily together within the weight limit.
Measure your pet nose to tail base and compare it against the 58cm cabin floor, allowing a little room to turn around. Check your pet’s width and resting position too; they need room to lie comfortably and turn around. If your dog is over 20kg or longer than about 56cm, look at a larger frame instead and we will happily point you to the right one.

How is it different from the T4?
The standard T4 is an excellent everyday stroller and folds with one hand. The T4 Max adds the automatic fold action so you never bend down, upgrades the wheels to larger 360 degree PU for better all-terrain manners, moves to tougher 900D fabric, and adds the UPF 50+ canopy and phone holder. If you fold and unfold your stroller most days, or you struggle with bending, the Max earns its extra outlay.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does auto-fold actually mean?
You press the release on the handlebar while standing upright and the frame folds itself down. You are not crouching over the stroller or pulling at two catches, which makes a real difference if you have a bad back or a dog who will not stand still.
Will it fit in my boot?
Folded it is L33 x W50 x H67 cm. Compare these measurements with your boot opening and usable space, including any parcel shelf.
Do the tyres need pumping?
No. The PU wheels are solid and puncture-proof, so there is nothing to inflate and nothing to repair.
Can my pet lie down flat?
Your pet can lie down if their resting length and width fit comfortably within the approximately 58 x 31cm basket. Measure them in their usual resting position before ordering.
Is it suitable for off-road walks?
It handles grass, packed gravel and park paths comfortably. For regular woodland trails or rough ground a larger three-wheeler with bigger tyres will give a smoother ride.

If I change my mind, can I send it back, and who pays?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you would like to cancel, and another 14 days to send it back. That is your legal right on any online purchase, not something we have added. For change of mind orders, it is the buyer's responsibility to cover return postage, but we can arrange the postage for you for a small deduction from any refund. We will always confirm the figure in writing before you send anything back, and you are welcome to arrange your own return instead. We refund what you paid for the item, plus any standard delivery charge. Please send things back in a resaleable condition. Will I get confirmation of my order?
