Its four-wheel layout offers added stability on varied terrain, with swivelling front wheels for steering. The bike trailer attachment is what sets the R8 PRO apart from a standard large-dog stroller. It folds neatly under the frame when you are walking, and connects to a standard bike when you want to cycle. Your dog rides in the same ventilated cabin either way, with no separate purchase needed. Loading is made practical by the fully open roof and a separate openable rear door, so you can lower your dog in from the top or guide them in from the back, whichever suits their mobility.

What is the difference between the R8 PRO and the R8?
The four-wheel R8 PRO offers added stability on varied terrain. The R8 uses three wheels for manoeuvrability. Both have a maximum pet load of 45kg and convert into bike trailers.
Is the bike trailer attachment safe for a large dog?
Yes. The bike trailer function uses the same cabin and frame as the stroller. The attachment folds under the frame when walking and connects securely to a standard bike rear axle for cycling, with your dog enclosed in the same ventilated cabin throughout.
How do you load a large dog who struggles to step in?
The fully open roof lets you lower your dog in gently from above, and the openable rear door is a second option for dogs who prefer to walk in from the back. Both entry points are designed with senior and mobility-restricted dogs in mind.
Can two dogs travel together?
Combined weight must stay within 45kg, but that alone does not establish suitability. Both dogs need enough space to rest and change position comfortably. Please contact us to confirm cabin fit and the appropriate restraint arrangement before travelling with two dogs.

If I change my mind, can I send it back, and who pays?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you would like to cancel, and another 14 days to send it back. That is your legal right on any online purchase, not something we have added. For change of mind orders, it is the buyer's responsibility to cover return postage, but we can arrange the postage for you for a small deduction from any refund. We will always confirm the figure in writing before you send anything back, and you are welcome to arrange your own return instead. We refund what you paid for the item, plus any standard delivery charge. Please send things back in a resaleable condition. If something is wrong with your order, we cover the return carriage, nothing is deducted, and you choose whether you would like a refund, a replacement or a repair. Will I get confirmation of my order?
As soon as we receive your order, we'll send out confirmation to your email address. This means we've received your order in our system, and we've pre-authorised your payment method, ready for your purchase.
I placed my order but did not receive a confirmation email. Why?
