OK, so there are cheaper chairs on the market but I'm really impressed with what a solid and easy to use piece of kit this is. It also fits really well. The unboxing felt very luxe - a bit like opening an exciting new bit of tech. I was lucky because my 15yr old dog with arthritis didn't take long to get the hang of it and with some gentle, patient coaxing and lots of praise he can now walk around the block again and go the toilet without falling over or yelping in pain. As it's just taking some weight but he is still able to use all his legs I'm hoping he will be able to rebuild some muscle tone. He's only had it for a week but he seems happier and more alert - probably because he's getting his exercise and I'm thrilled because I have a happy dog again. Got the chair within 4 working days. Couldn't be happier - thanks.
